1. Who we are
ShipBind ("ShipBind", "we", "us") is an online freight marketplace operated by Vantaris Technologies FZ LLC, licence no. 20415/2026, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. These Terms apply to everyone who uses shipbind.com and the ShipBind app.
2. What ShipBind does
ShipBind lets shippers post shipments and lets freight forwarders send quotes for them. ShipBind is a marketplace: we are not a freight forwarder or carrier, and the contract for moving goods is made directly between the shipper and the forwarder they choose.
3. Accounts and verification
Accounts are for businesses. You must give true company details and keep them up to date. We check each company against its trade licence before it can post shipments or quote, and we may refuse or suspend a company that cannot be verified.
You are responsible for everyone you invite to your company account and for keeping sign-in details safe.
4. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance by card, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown before you buy. VAT or other taxes are added where they apply. If a payment fails, your account may become view-only until it is paid.
Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Fair use
You must not post false shipments or quotes, misuse other users' information, contact users to move business off the platform in breach of these Terms, or try to break or overload the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the shipments, quotes, messages and documents you upload. You allow us to store and show them to the people you share them with, so that the service works.
7. Liability
We work to keep ShipBind available and accurate, but we do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. We are not responsible for the goods, the transport or the acts of shippers and forwarders. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using ShipBind and cancel your plan at any time. We may end or suspend accounts that break these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will show the new version on this page and tell account owners before important changes take effect.
10. Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Fujairah.
