1. Who is responsible

Vantaris Technologies FZ LLC (licence no. 20415/2026, Fujairah, UAE) operates ShipBind and is responsible for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

• Account details: name, work email, phone number, job title.
• Company details: legal name, address, trade licence and verification papers, tax number if given.
• Activity on ShipBind: shipments, quotes, messages, documents and tracking updates.
• Billing: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.
• Technical data: sign-in times, device and browser information, used to keep the service secure.

3. Why we use it

To run the marketplace, verify companies, show your shipments and quotes to the right people, take payments, send service notifications, keep accounts secure and meet legal duties.

4. Who sees it

Other users see only what the service needs them to see — for example, a forwarder sees the details of a shipment it can quote on. We share data with service providers who work for us (payment processing by Stripe, hosting, email delivery) under contract, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

As long as your account is open, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting records.

6. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, subject to records we must keep by law. Email support@shipbind.com.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access inside the company is limited to people who need it.
